Болотных, земляных, водяных

Пойду к лихому архангелу
Зажгу гнилую колоду во ваш род
И племя выжгу и выгоню
И, змея Скоропея, вынимай
Свое жало поскорей
Не я тебя выкликаю

Charm Against Snakes
On the sea-ocean, on a sharp mound
There is an oak, under an oak - a bush
Under the bush - the black rune
Under that rune is Scoropeya the black snake
with little snakes.
Scoropeya the snake, take out your little snakes
Fierce, volatile, burrowing, field
Slotted, yellow-tailed, green, red-bellied
Marsh, earthen, water
If you don't take out your sting
I will go to the dashing archangel
I will light a rotten deck to your kind
And I will burn and expel your tribe
Scoropea the snake, take out
Your sting quickly
I’m not calling you out
Mother calls out, Holy Mother of God
With her holy words

* A peculiar hierarchy of snakes can be traced in charms. The eldest one over the snakes is often called Scarapeya (Scoropeya, Shkuropeya, Praskoveya, etc.), she and her sisters obey the "smaller" reptiles.

Revenant Marquis continues with the subterranean vocals on this album. Percussion sound on all tracks has a very large sound, especially the bass drum. Guitar is generally very clean. The more I listen, the more I get Xasthur vibes, but with a more rock and roll influence. Still very depressive and chaotic. A cool album!
